Lenny Kravitz to Headline the Kick-Off Show of the UEFA Champions League Final

UEFA is thrilled to announce that legendary rock musician Lenny Kravitz will headline the Kick-Off Show of the UEFA Champions League Final on June 1 at Wembley Stadium in London. This event, in its eighth year, promises to be an unforgettable experience just minutes before the biggest final in the club football calendar.

An Iconic Artist

The artist, a Grammy winner known for his dynamic stage presence and iconic hits, has captivated audiences for decades with his multi-genre style and magnetic stage presence. Kravitz, who recently received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, has been working on his upcoming album, “Blue Electric Light,” which has generated great expectations among his fans and critics ahead of its release on May 24, just a week before the Kick Off Show.

“Wembley Is Blue”

To further heighten the excitement for the performance, an energetic short film titled “Wembley Is Blue | Lenny Kravitz x UCL Final Kick-Off Show” will be released today. In this short film, the unmistakable echoes of the Champions League anthem are heard as Lenny Kravitz walks slowly through the Wembley Stadium tunnel, brush in hand, painting the walls blue… heading towards the legendary pitch. We see the rock star passing by the majestic UEFA Champions League trophy before stepping onto the famous pitch, as the camera pulls back to reveal a blue mural of his face covering the field and a stadium in a frenzy, all in preparation for London’s most anticipated show.
