Lÿnx Announces New Vocalist

Canadian hard rock band Lÿnx announced their new front man Ja6ur (Jagur). Formed in late 2020, the band has released their 2 EPs since then with their former vocalist Lazer Wild which have touched many hearts and also managed to build an international fan base in a short span.

Soon after the release of their last album “Long Live Rock n’ Roll”, Wild announced his departure from the band due to personal reasons. After a long audition process, Ja6ur joined the band as the new vocalist of Lÿnx. This 21 years old rocker, born in Lethbridge, AB & raised in Cranbrook, BC has always had music in his blood. He grew up in a musical family listening to 80s hair metal bands that his dad loves & grew a passion for rock music since an early age. At the age of 6 he started playing drums but it didn’t take him long enough to find his love for singing. His influences include rock legends like Sebastian Bach, Jim Gillette, Vince Neil, David Lee Roth & Steven Tyler.

In a recent interview, Lÿnx guitar player Blade mentioned “The voice of the band is crucial, and every time it changes, the sound of the band changes as well. I think with Ja6ur’s charisma, confidence & killer voice, he is a perfect fit for the sound Lÿnx needs!”

The band is planning to hit the studio soon to record their upcoming songs with their new front man Ja6ur.

Lÿnx is:

JA6UR – Lead Vocals
BLADE – Guitars
FANGS – Bass
FLASH – Drums
