Dragged into Sunlight return to Maryland Deathfest
Dragged into Sunlight are pleased to announce that following their acclaimed U.S. live debut at 2012’s prestigious Maryland Deathfest (which NPR lauded as a “skin-crawling, multi-sensory set”), they will once again be bringing their blood-curdling brutality to MDF’s stages for the 2015 dates! Since the release of their critically-acclaimed 2012 release “Widowmaker” — hailed as “a crushing musical experience easily among the year’s best extreme metal records” (Revolver) — the mysterious group have completed a series of headlining runs throughout the UK and mainland Europe. Dragged into Sunlight are currently halfway through their first-ever tour dates in Japan; full dates are listed below. The band commented, “Expect aural madness and nothing less than the worst”.
Additionally, the band have announced that they will be releasing a split LP with Gnaw Their Tongues later this year and have been furiously working in the studio writing material for a new album expected in early 2015.
