Yellow Claw to perform their only show of the summer at ‘Arena Now’

A passionate group of music professionals from Germany, including the organization behind the legendary club Bootshaus, put in a unique feat by selling out the weekly Arena Now live concept in just a few minutes. Arena Now is the only permitted event in Germany due to their strict COVID-19 protocols which allows for cultural operations of arenas during Corona times. The internationally renowned DJ Duo Yellow Claw will be on stage on Saturday 25th July in front of a crowd of 2000 visitors.

Due to the pandemic, clubs in Germany are closed and large festivals are forbidden until further notice. The organizations behind Bootshaus – named Germany’s #1 club and #6 worldwide – and the Lanxess Arena – the largest arena in Cologne – have joined forces and now host the weekly ‘Arena Now’ event. World-famous DJs such as Felix Jaehn, Don Diablo and W&W have already been on stage in previous weeks in front of a sold out arena, where all corona measures are neatly adhered to. 1.5 meter distance, face masks, routes and entries mapping, contract tracing and close cooperation with the local health department are all part of a strict list protocols to ensure public health and safety are at the forefront of each event.

“We can do what we love again this Saturday so we couldn’t be more excited to start partying again with our people around the world. Let’s go!” – Yellow Claw

The enthusiasm for the shows is truly spectacular, with all the shows sold out in just a few minutes. For Yellow Claw this is the only show this summer. All performances the Dutch DJ duo, famous world hits ‘In My Room’, ‘DJ Turn It Up’ and ‘Till It Hurts’, had planned were cancelled due to the corona measures.

New names are added to the Arena Now line-up every week. The following DJ’s are confirmed for the coming weeks: Sefa (24-07), Brennan Heart (1-08) and Jan Blomqvist (30-08), with more names to follow.
