Invasion in the Netherlands of the Greatest Swedish DJs
Following weeks of speculation, we can finally announce that The Flying Dutch, the largest open-air Dance festival in the Netherlands, is spreading its wings with a special edition: ‘The Flying Dutch – Swedish Journey’. On Saturday 30 July the absolute top of Swedish DJs, who have never before performed together, will come to the Netherlands. Avicii, Alesso, Cazzette, Dada Life, Icona Pop, John Dahlbäck & SEBJAK, Otto Knows and Steve Angello will be flown by helicopter for a unique festival where they will perform at three separate locations. Another headliner will soon be added to this already spectacular line-up.
The successful concept of The Flying Dutch saw its first Dutch edition last year, when the top ten of the Dutch DJs flew to three separate locations in order to perform for 100,000 ecstatic fans. This edition sold out soon and the second edition, that was recently announced, was sold out in six hours. This instant recognition did not remain unnoticed and was the starting point for a new journey in The Flying Dutch concept. The Swedish DJs will walk in the footsteps of their Dutch colleagues and write history on Saturday 30 July. Never before have these DJs performed together at an event.
