Alison Moyet announces extended European and UK tour for autumn 2026

British singer‑songwriter Alison Moyet, renowned for her commanding voice and pivotal role in the synthpop duo Yazoo as well as for her critically acclaimed solo career, will take to stages across Europe and the United Kingdom in autumn 2026. During this tour she will present a thoughtfully assembled set that blends Yazoo classics with selections from her electronic solo albums “The Minutes” and “Other”, offering fans both familiar favourites and deeper cuts performed live.
Moyet’s career spans more than four decades, marked by her powerful vocals, memorable pop hooks and astute songwriting. She has achieved significant chart success with both Yazoo and as a solo artist, earning number one albums, multiple Top 10 records and singles, and a range of major industry honours over the years. This tour will celebrate that enduring legacy while showcasing the breadth of her repertoire.
Many Yazoo tracks remain rare in live performance outside their original brief tours in the early 1980s and the 2008 reunion, making these concerts a special opportunity to hear seminal songs from albums such as “Upstairs At Eric’s” and “You And Me Both” in a live setting once again. Alongside these, Moyet will perform a selection of songs from her solo electronica albums “The Minutes” and “Other”, both created in collaboration with producer Guy Sigsworth and widely praised for their inventive electronic soundscapes.
Commenting on the approach to the setlist, Alison Moyet says: ‘Many years touring the same pool of songs and I am keen for a palate refresher. Specifying which years I will be fishing from too, I think is a grand way to serve pot luck for specific tastes. No bones…’
