In celebration of their historic reunion and the release of their first studio album in over 50 years, “The Revenge of Alice Cooper” out July 25 via earMUSIC, the original Alice Cooper group will appear for a once-in-a-lifetime exclusive live event at London’s Union Chapel on Wednesday, July 24, 2025.

Presented by earMUSIC in cooperation with Rough Trade, this intimate evening will be hosted by none other than the legendary Sir Tim Rice and is limited to just 900 fans. The event will include an exclusive first-listen album playback, a deep-dive interview with the band, and a rare audience Q&A. Tickets go on sale Wednesday, June 11 at 10:00 am BST via Rough Trade’s website, with both general admission tickets and bundles that include the new album available for purchase. A special commemorative print will also be included with each ticket at the Union Chapel venue.

The surviving members of the original Alice Cooper band, including vocalist Alice Cooper, guitarist Michael Bruce, bassist Dennis Dunaway, and drummer Neal Smith, have reunited for their first album in 51 years. The album is dedicated to Glen Buxton, the original guitarist who died in 1997. The album is produced by Bob Ezrin, who helmed their classic early 1970s recordings.

The original Alice Cooper group redefined rock in the early 1970s, blending raw, hard-hitting music with shocking theatricality. With Bob Ezrin at the helm, they pioneered shock rock, delivering rebellious anthems, dark storytelling and over-the-top stage shows featuring guillotines, snakes, and macabre theatrics. Albums like “Love It to Death” (1971), “Killer” (1971), “School’s Out” (1972), and “Billion Dollar Babies” (1973) turned them into superstars, producing legendary hits like “I’m Eighteen,” “Elected,” “School’s Out,” and “No More Mr. Nice Guy”. Their mix of hard rock, glam, and horror made them one of the most influential and controversial bands of their era, leaving a permanent mark on rock history.

This marks the group’s first collaboration since 1973’s “Muscle of Love”, making the reunion all the more significant for fans who have waited over five decades for new material from the classic lineup. The band’s influence on theatrical rock performance cannot be overstated, as they essentially created the template for shock rock that countless artists would follow.

Alice Cooper has sold countless millions of records worldwide and shaped rock history forever. Inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame in 2011, their music remains as powerful and relevant as ever. The band’s theatrical approach to rock music, combining horror movie aesthetics with hard rock anthems, created a blueprint that influenced everyone from Kiss to Marilyn Manson.

Now, with “The Revenge of Alice Cooper”, the original band reunites for one more epic chapter, reclaiming the sound and legacy that made them legends. For fans of classic rock and theatrical performance, this reunion represents not just a nostalgic trip but a genuine artistic statement from one of rock’s most groundbreaking acts. The London event promises to be an intimate celebration of both their storied past and exciting future, offering attendees a rare glimpse into the creative process that made Alice Cooper one of rock’s most enduring acts.
