Kaizers Orchestra returns to Europe’s club stages

After a series of stadium shows in Norway in the summer of 2025, Kaizers Orchestra is taking a different turn. In October 2026, the band will travel across Europe for a club tour that brings them back to the intimate stages where their legendary live reputation was first forged.

It is a significant year to do so. 2026 marks the twenty-fifth anniversary of ‘Ompa til du dør’, the debut album with which Kaizers Orchestra immediately turned the world upside down. It was a sound like nothing else: rock, cabaret and Eastern European influences compressed into a theatrical universe entirely their own. Oil barrels and a pump organ alongside electric guitars and a double bass, and at the centre of it all, the charismatic Janove Ottesen, whose commanding stage presence and storytelling turned concerts into something you did not easily forget.

In the years that followed, the band continued to expand that universe. ‘Maestro’ in 2005, the ambitious ‘Violeta Violeta’ trilogy between 2010 and 2012. In 2013, an emotional farewell tour followed, and many believed that was the end. But in 2023, the band returned, and it quickly became clear that the Kaizers’ universe is far from finished.

The October 2026 club tour promises to deliver the raw, high-energy live experience for which the band is beloved across Europe. Intimate and unrelenting in equal measure.
