The concerts in the special setting of the Elbphilharmonie will be the starting signal for the announcement of the first live acts for this year’s festival. On Friday, 19 September, soul & R’n’B songwriter Pip Millett (GBR) and pop musician Fuffifufzich (GER) will perform at the Elphi’s grand hall.

Manchester-born Pip Millett has already attracted a lot of attention with the jazzy R’n’B of her first singles “Make Me Cry” and “Drunk & Alone” as well as her debut album “When Everything Is Better, I’ll Let You Know”. With her relentlessly honest lyrics, she processes personal experiences with disarming candour and addresses social injustice. She speaks from the soul of many and is reaching more and more people as well as renowned supporters such as Jorja Smith. We can already look forward to some touching and gripping moments with her at the Elbphilharmonie.

The exceptional musical phenomenon Fuffifufzich has been inspiring audiences since 2021 with a sound somewhere between synthpop, cloud pop and italo-western, between dada and heartbreak. The songs from her debut album “Heartbreakerei” have long since become soundtracks for her fans’ lives, and her lyrics can now be found not only on Spotify playlists but also in school toilets, novels, and as tattoos. After the sold-out tour for her debut and an impressive audiovisual performance for Reeperbahn Festival Collide, she returns to Reeperbahn Festival with her latest album “Feel zu spät”. Her special show “Fuffiffufzich in der Elbfeelharmony” will redefine space and time for us for one evening.
