K-Pop group IVE is going on a world tour
|Today, one of the fastest-growing K-pop groups, IVE, announces their first world tour called 1ST WORLD TOUR “SHOW WHAT I HAVE”. The world tour consists of 24 concerts and visits to various cities in Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, the United Kingdom, South America, East Asia and Australia.
IVE formed in 2021 and achieved major success after the release of their first single, “ELEVEN”. This year, IVE released their first album called “I’ve IVE,” which sold over 1.1 million copies in its first week. The group kicked off their 1ST WORLD TOUR “SHOW WHAT I HAVE” last month with two sold-out shows in Seoul.
The Korean K-pop group IVE consists of 6 members: Anyujin, Gaeul, Rei, Jangwonyoung, Liz and Leeseo. Their first song “ELEVEN,” which was released on December 1, 2021, remained at number 1 on the Korean charts for a long time and won 13 awards. In April 2022 they released their second single LOVE DIVE,” this song also achieved high rankings in the Korean charts. In the same year, the group also released the song “After LIKE,” which made IVE a ‘Million Seller’ for the first time. These 3 songs gave IVE a total of 37 awards in various Korean music shows.
In 2023, IVE’s first album called “I’ve IVE” sold more than 1.1 million copies in the first week and the songs “Kitsch” and “I AM” won 11 awards in Korea. The album also dominated several major music charts in Korea. The group’s latest release is the EP called “I’VE MINE,” which has sold more than 1.6 million copies. The tracks “Baddie,” “Off The Record” and “Either Way” have proven their popularity by reaching the top of the Korean charts.
