Laufey Announces European A Matter of Time Tour

Icelandic-Chinese artist and multi-instrumentalist Laufey has just announced her European A Matter of Time Tour. Her latest album “A Matter of Time” (Vingolf/AWAL) received critical acclaim worldwide and charted highly.

With “A Matter of Time,” Laufey reveals a new side of herself. She explores vulnerable themes and combines her love for classical music and jazz with a modern pop approach. For this album, she collaborated with Spencer Stewart, her trusted producer, and Aaron Dessner (Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran), resulting in a sound that is both personal and captivating.

Laufey (pronounced lay-vay) has established herself as one of the most unique voices of her generation. She grew up between Reykjavík and Washington D.C., studied at Berklee College of Music, scored over 5 billion streams worldwide, and performed at iconic venues such as Royal Albert Hall and Hollywood Bowl. She has collaborated with artists like Barbra Streisand, beabadoobee, and Norah Jones, and founded The Laufey Foundation this spring, an initiative that supports young musicians.
