Just announced that the Black Keys have to cancel the European tour due to the dislocated shoulder of Patrick earlier this year. The Black Keys drummer got injured during his vacation in st. Barth’s when a massive wave smashed him against the ocean floor. The doctor prescribed a long recovery period making the Februari gigs questionalble. Dan and Patrick said the following “We are very sorry to cancel our upcoming performances through March 10. Patrick needs time to heal. We thank all of our fans for their support and we’re looking forward to getting back on the road”.

The cancelled tickets will be refunded, other tourdates for Europe are not known. For now the Australian tour will start as planned on April 2nd.
